Beschreibung
A hundred and eighty square metres for eight people, with a kitchen island with two sinks, two induction hobs, an American fridge with ice maker, and a solid teak dining table that seats ten. Everyone cooks here, rather than two people cooking while the rest wait.
The bedrooms are fairly shared out. Two downstairs, both with a 180 cm bed and their own shower and toilet, one of them with an extra single bed. The third upstairs, also en suite, plus a playroom with another bed. There is a sofa bed by the fireplace in the living room for anyone who ends up staying.
Then the games room. Billiards, table football, electronic darts and a blackjack screen with chips and cards. Upstairs there is a hydro massage bath. The terrace runs to forty square metres, big enough to seat eight without anyone ending up with their chair in the grass.
The estate also has a sauna, whirlpools and a stainless steel hot tub for six in the garden.
For the days you do want to go out: the Popelín brewery is nine kilometres away, the Museum of Records in Pelhřimov twenty-three, and Jindřichův Hradec runs a historic narrow-gauge railway children refuse to get off. The cycle path between Žirovnice and Počátky starts practically at the front door.
You shop in Počátky, five kilometres away. Wifi, washing machine, dryer and parking at the door with a charging point come as standard.
